Youth Programs

Physical activity is important to our children’s robustness and well-being. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), “The percentage of children with obesity in the United States has more than tripled since the 1970s. Today, about one in five school-aged children (ages 6 to 19) has obesity.”Studies show that physical activity not only helps kids stay active and healthy, but it can enhance important skills like concentration and problem solving, which can improve academic performance.

The earlier a child starts getting in shape, the more he or she will reduce the risk of numerous illnesses. Encouraging children to be active is essential for proper growth and development. Our youth programs are designed to reap the benefits of physical activity while maintaining a fun, easy-to-follow regimen . Parenting can be a handful. Let's take them off your hands a little.

Girls Basketball

  • Learn and improve skills with other girls of the same age

  • Classes for Grades 3-5 or 5-8

  • 10 weeks of instruction that focuses on improving and learning essential basketball skills

  • All skill levels welcome

  • Play games and drills in a fun team environment

  • Practice jersey/shirt for every participant

Team Sports Training

  • Improve overall strength and agility with exercises and drills that are easy to set up and follow

  • Age appropriate workouts featuring exercises using bodyweight / machines/ or equipment

  • Kids can workout anywhere and anytime using their smartphone

  • Coaches / Parents / ADs can have access to workout schedule and app access (where necessary)

  • Shared team schedule and group forum allows communication among teammates / coaches / parents / trainers
